Xiaoman is a Chinese Patent Attorney with over 12 years of Intellectual Property experience. She started career profession as patent attorney at Jeekai & Partners where she prepared, drafted and prosecuted domestic patent applications as well as foreign patent applications. Then she joined Novozymes as Patent Attorney with the responsibility of managing the patent portfolio of one global business unit as well as counseling EP/US/CN on IP practice in China and moved to DSM as IP Director for Great China with the responsibility of leading the China intellectual property expertise, such as doing prosecutions for patents entering into China national phase, enforcing IP right in China, providing consultation forum for the business activities in China with respect to IP matters including managing patent portfolio, advising and counseling on IP issues in cooperation, acquisition, venturing and licensing activities in China.
