Decision on Invalidation Cases released by PRB on a Real-time Basis (May-2016)
In order to improve the timeliness of the information, the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) of SIPO has started to announce decisions on the invalidation cases on a real-time basis. On the right side of its websites on invalidation cases” was opened, and was formally put into service on April 26, 2016.
