The Third Revision to the Trademark Law and Implementing Regulations of the Trademark Law (May-2014)

In order to implement the third revision version of the Trademark Law, the State Council has revised the Implementing Regulations of the Trademark Law. The newly revised Implementing Regulations came into effect together with the amended Trademark Law from May 1, 2014. The newly revised Implementing Regulations refine some of relevant clauses of the revised Trademark Law.
